WinChoice USA is currently looking for an energetic, organized, experienced candidate to manage our referral section during this time of explosive growth our company is experiencing.

Our ideal candidate will have experience managing and leading a team of at least 10+ personnel in a call center setting. This candidate will also possess high level planning, scheduling, problem solving and organizational skills to tackle our ever-growing number of territories and outside sales representatives.

In addition to these skills, the candidate should also have an energetic and upbeat personality that puts the people under them in a constantly positive mindset.

Job duties include:

• Managing a team of 10+ call center representatives
• Planning a work process to ensure the appropriate number of referral leads, appointments and sales
• Scheduling rotations that ensure every territory is covered
• Setting up achievable goals for our referral team to drive towards daily/weekly/monthly
• Ensuring system adherence and being able to create and organize new processes to increase efficiency of the department
• Utilizing reporting to analyze performance of team
• Coaching and training based on script

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in a call center setting
• 2+ years of management in a call center setting
• 2+ years managing a team of 10+ people
